​The project envisions an elegantly designed four-storey building that will be harmoniously integrated into its surroundings. The predominant material will be red brick, save for the top floor, to minimize its visual impact. The building’s main entrance on Mercille Avenue will be completely accessible for future tenants with reduced mobility and will facilitate access to paratransit services.
